My writing group loved a prompt I found ethically questionable
I mean, idk, but making a story where cheating is okay just for drama seems wrong to me.

Ugh, my buddy quit his gaming guild last month after they kept excusing toxic behavior cause it was "good content." Just gave up trying to reason with them.

Totally get what you're saying, and it makes me think of what amy654 shared about her friend. It feels like a lot of creators and audiences treat real harm as just part of the show, because calling it out isn't as exciting. They chase the big reaction or the viral moment without caring who gets hurt in the process. It keeps happening because that drama gets clicks and money, and some people just stop seeing others as people.
