Ever notice how we find meaning in the weirdest stuff? Last month I got weirdly attached to the voice on my GPS. My neighbor talks to her roomba. That robot love story just shows we're wired to connect, even with a pile of circuits if it shows a flicker of something human. Makes you wonder what else we're overlooking.

@tara_martin I named my car's GPS voice, and that simple act made those drives feel less lonely somehow.

Bet we'll all be naming our smart fridges next. Started noticing I say thanks to my microwave beeps like they did me a solid. That robot love story just proves we're desperate to make anything feel like company.
