Gas crown versus porcelain veneer, my molar told the truth after 3 months
I got a gold crown on one side and a porcelain veneer on the other back in May to compare durability firsthand. The veneer chipped near the gumline while eating popcorn last week, but the gold has zero wear after daily grinding. Anyone else run a split-mouth experiment like this and regret choosing looks over function?
