The old hand at the shop in Macon said he stopped trusting torque wrenches that live in a toolbox drawer
He showed me his 3-year-old clicker that was 18 ft-lbs off and told me to send mine out for calibration twice a year or don't bother using one, so now I'm wondering how many of you actually check yours or just assume it's fine.
