Coworking space in Lisbon looked fake, turned out to be the real deal
I spent 2 years swearing coworking memberships were just overpriced coffee shops, so I worked from hostels and cafés in 4 countries. Then I tried one in Lisbon for 3 weeks because my wifi kept dying and I needed a stable connection for a big video call. The 50 Mbps backup line and actual quiet rooms saved my deadline, so am I wrong for now budgeting $250 a month for this in every city?

$250 a month for every city" sounded insane to me at first, but honestly, after my own experience, I get it. I used to think coworking was just paying for vibes, then one dead wifi day changed my whole take.

Three coffee shops later, I finally got my email to load.
