That coworking space in Chiang Mai had the weirdest lunch rule I've ever seen

They banned anyone from eating at their desk after 11am because the smell of pad thai was 'distracting the yoga class' downstairs. Has anyone else run into a coworking space with bizarre random rules like that?

That distracting the yoga class part kills me." A buddy of mine worked at a spot in Bangkok that banned talking on the phone after 2pm because the owner said it messed with his afternoon meditation. He lasted three days before he bailed.

@caleb_bell5 that Bangkok thing is wild. Reminds me of this juice bar in Chiang Mai I went to where the guy running it would just stop mid-smoothie to do breathing exercises. Like he'd have your order half blended, put the blender down, close his eyes for a solid minute, then finish. Customers were just standing there confused. He lasted about a week longer than your buddy did though.
