Put down new peel and stick tile over old linoleum and the floor now bubbles near the sink
I skipped the primer step because the box said it was optional, and 3 days later the tiles by the dishwasher started lifting at the corners. Turns out the old floor had a wax finish that nothing sticks to, so I had to pull half of them up and scrub it with TSP first. Has anyone had luck with peel and stick over an old floor, or should I just go back to sheet vinyl?

Deglosser and two coats of primer saved mine, no lifting after six months.
