TIL my old man was right about priming the trim before caulking it
He said it back in 2019 when I was helping him redo a rental in Tucson and I figured he was just being slow. Well, my caulk lines on the baseboards in my own place cracked apart in about 8 months flat, right where I skipped the primer. Do you all prime before caulking or is it just extra time for nothing?
