I finally stopped caulking before paint after a painter in Boise called me out on it
I always thought caulk first then paint was the right order, but he asked me why I'd want to spend 2 hours painting over stuff that'll just shrink and crack. Now I caulk after the first coat and my trim lines look so much cleaner. Anyone else switch up their order on this?
