Counting my plotter sheets after a 40 sheet apartment set, the total made me sit down
I keep a tally on my clipboard every time I pull a fresh sheet for a set, and last week I hit 412 sheets on one apartment building in Sacramento. That is almost double what I guessed when I bid the job, mostly because of all the revisions after the second round of redlines. If you are pricing per sheet or eating paper cost yourself, start tracking your real count for a month because the gap between guess and actual is no joke. Anyone else keep a sheet log, and what number shocked you the most?
