Stuck waiting weeks for drawing approvals since going remote.

I've been working from home as a drafter for a while. It takes much longer to get my drawings approved now. What do you do to make the review process faster online?

Man, I feel you! I started setting up quick video calls to walk through drafts together, and it really speeds things up.

That "forgotten sandwich" inbox situation is too real. Is the holdup just your boss, or does your drawing now have to go through three extra people who all want to make a tiny change to feel important?

Try sending your boss a digital markup with those little sticky note comments (you know, the kind they love to overuse) and then wait for it to sit in their inbox like a forgotten sandwich. I swear, my last revision request spent more time in "review" than it took me to draw the whole thing. It's like they miss having the paper roll to physically whack against a desk.

My friend sent a floor plan with about twenty digital sticky notes on it. Her manager left it for a week, then asked for a change she'd already marked as done on note number three. The whole thing got sent to a department head who just added a question mark to a note about paint colors. It took longer to get those notes cleared than to fix the actual drawing.
