Shoutout to the recycling rules for old counterweights
Trying to follow new disposal guidelines. It's a mess of paperwork and extra trips. Slows everything down.

But have you considered why the rules are so detailed? If recycling isn't sorted right, whole batches can get ruined and sent to the dump. The paperwork and extra trips might be annoying, but they help keep the system clean so materials actually get reused. Sure, it feels like overkill, but simpler rules could lead to more mistakes and less recycling. Maybe the complexity is just what it takes to do it right.

Totally feel your pain with those recycling rules. All that extra paperwork turns a simple drop-off into a whole project. Makes you want to just leave the stuff by the curb... but then you'd get fined. Really seems like they overcomplicate things on purpose. Solidarity, man.

Seriously, it's a joke. I once sorted everything perfectly, or so I thought, and still got it wrong because of some tiny rule about plastic lids. Had to redo the whole batch while my kids laughed at me. Now I overthink every piece of trash, which is just sad. The system is so complex it defeats the whole point of trying to be green. They need to simplify this stuff instead of making us jump through hoops.
