Showerthought: a building super in the Bronx roasted my pit cleanup so I changed one dumb habit
I used to hit the pit with a leaf blower and call it done. He looked down at the mess, laughed, and said "you just moved the dirt around, kid." Now I vacuum the pit on every service call, and it takes ten extra minutes but his building stopped flagging me for dust in the lobby. What's your go to method for pit cleaning?
