Cold follow-ups with a client question beat template sign-offs, but only on Tuesdays?
I pulled open 40 of my old pitch threads last month and noticed the ones where I asked something specific in the follow-up got 7 replies versus 1 for the ones ending with "let me know," but the 3 replies that were outright dismissive all came from ones sent before 9am, so is the timing or the question doing the heavy lifting here?
