I pulled the merge field from a spreadsheet and cell B4 said "Dave" when the guy signs everything "David," so for 3 weeks of follow-ups he got "Hi Dave" and just quietly ignored it until he finally wrote back "It's David, and yes I'll take the call" - has anyone else had a merge field flub that somehow still worked out?
