PSA: Our area's new noise ordinance is dividing my approach to follow-up emails

The law cuts allowed work hours, so I either send detailed templates laying out the new schedule (kinda wordy) or quick ones that skip it (which might cause issues later). A few local contractors swear by the full breakdown to avoid calls, but others say short and sweet keeps the conversation moving. How do you handle email templates when local rules shift like this?

Lisa's case makes me wonder which method she uses more these days.

Hey, did I tell you about my friend Lisa? She runs a landscaping biz, and when the city changed the allowed start times for yard work, she was stuck. First, she sent quick texts just saying 'new rules,' but clients got confused about when she'd show up. Then she made a detailed email with the new hours bolded at the top. It stopped most of the questions, but she hates how long it takes to send. Tbh, she still goes back and forth on which method saves more time.
