Said lash lifts were a fad for 2 years, then a client in Reno proved me wrong
I turned down every lash lift request because I thought they all looked like a bad perm. A regular of mine showed up with one done at a salon in Reno and the curl sat perfect for 7 weeks, no frizz at all. Now I want to train on it, so who do you all recommend for a beginner cert, and how much did you pay?
