Unpopular opinion: a botox client of 3 years told me my brow wax was too sharp and I almost cried, then I changed my whole arch angle
I've been waxing brows for 11 years and always went for that crisp, high arch look. Last month a client I've had since 2021 said flat out, "this makes me look permanently surprised, I miss my old face." That stung but she was right. Now I map the arch lower and softer, about 15 degrees less lift, and every single client since has said their brows look more natural. Has anyone else had a longtime regular call out a technique you were proud of?
