Showerthought: shoeing my 4,000th horse snuck up on me after 22 years
Was going through my old log books from when I started in Pueblo back in 2003 to count up all the horses I've done. Turned out number 4,000 was a little chestnut gelding with the worst cracked hoof I'd seen in months, and I had no idea until I sat down with the books that night. Any of you keep a running count, or did you lose track years ago like I almost did?
