Thought zero-waste pattern cutting was just internet hype, then I tried it on a jersey dress and saved 2 yards
I was sure cutting on the flat with all that puzzle-piece layout was overcomplicated until a designer in Portland walked me through it for a size 8 dress and I ended up with almost no scraps, so now I want to know if anyone else has made it work on stretchy knits or if I just got lucky with the grain.
