Appreciation post: The puzzled looks I got bringing beet kvass to a barbecue years ago.
Back then, fermented drinks were odd at cookouts, but now everyone's asking for my recipe.

Food trends move at lightning speed now. Your beet kvass went from strange to sought after in no time. It's the same with sourdough or air fryer recipes.

Remember when kimchi was just that weird Korean thing? Now it's in every grocery store cooler. Guess we all get used to new tastes faster now.
