My first website quote for a friend went way too low

I built a simple site for a local bakery last month and only asked for $200 because I felt weird charging more. They loved it and told all their friends, now I have three more requests but no idea what to actually charge. How do you figure out a real price after your first one was basically a favor?

Charge triple for the next one, easy.

Last year I had a client who kept asking for tiny extra changes after we agreed on the price. I finally told them the next revision would be 50% more and they suddenly found the current version perfect. @ryan_hart38 is right, setting that higher price for the next thing makes people value what they already have. It stops the endless asks real quick. I should have done it way sooner honestly.

Triple? That's insane.
