Warning: My first logo job for a local cafe went way over the 5 hour estimate

I agreed to $200 for a simple logo, but the client kept asking for tiny changes after I sent the first draft, like moving a coffee bean 2 pixels left. That turned into 3 extra hours of back and forth last week. Do you charge more for endless revisions or just stick to the original quote to keep them happy?

We capped it at three rounds for our last client and it saved my sanity.
