Watched a new freelancer underbid herself at a coffee shop, wanted to yell
I was killing time in Austin last Friday and overheard a girl pitching a logo job to some guy. She said $150 for a full brand package, and I almost choked on my cold brew. She had a portfolio with real work, not junk, but she let him talk her down to $120 in under two minutes. I mean, I get wanting that first yes, but she priced herself under the cost of her own software sub and time. Has anyone else sat there watching someone fumble a price talk and felt like butting in, or is it just me?
