A guy at an open house in Columbus told me to get the sewer scoped and it flipped my whole plan
I was ready to put $8,000 down on a place built in 1952 when he said that, and sure enough the camera found roots and a cracked clay pipe that would've run me $6,500. Has anyone else walked away from a house because of one thing the inspector said?
