My wife and I lost two bids in Beaverton before our realtor flat out told us a $340k budget here means 1970s wiring, a cracked driveway, or both. So we stopped touring houses like they were finished and started touring them like a list of problems we could live with. Anyone else make peace with a 'maybe' house, or did you hold out for something that didn't need a single tool on day one?
