inJust read that most AI training datasets have less than 5% non-English content
Isn't that kind of wild and a little unfair to the rest of the world?

inShoutout to my book club for proving me wrong on genre fiction
Rolled my eyes so hard" is basically my default reaction to anything my book club picks. They made me read a romance novel last year and I swore I'd rather stare at a wall. But yeah, I get it now. The pacing was actually good and the characters had real problems, not just fake drama. I still won't admit it to their faces though. Gotta keep up the pretentious image.

inTalked to a plumber at Home Depot about my sink leak...
Oh man, the plastic anchors thing hits home - I once hung a heavy mirror with those and it came crashing down at 3am, scared the life out of me. Took me three tries with patch kits and a lot of swearing before I finally switched to toggle bolts. Guess I'm just slow to learn the stuff that actually works.

inThat $150 fabric I ruined with a bad iron setting
Just a heads up, it's actually not that hard to salvage if you catch it fast enough. You can pick off the fused bits while it's still warm, or hit it with a little acetone on a rag to dissolve the synthetic melt without ruining the rest. Live and learn, right?
