My mortgage broker in Denver told me to stop paying extra on my student loans and I'm still not sure about it
She said I needed $12k more in savings for closing costs on a $380k place in Lakewood instead, and now I'm second guessing whether she's looking out for me or just the loan amount - has anyone else gotten advice like this from a lender?
