Shoutout to the $800 surprise under the bathroom floor
When the inspector found soft spots by the tub in our Columbus house, I got a plumber out there the same day, and he pulled up soggy boards and a slow leak that had been running for years, so we knocked $2,500 off the offer instead of walking, but has anyone else had a seller agree to a credit and then drag their feet on the paperwork?
