Got hit with a $60 chargeback on Fiverr over a banner I delivered in 2 days and buyer approved
Last Wednesday a buyer on Fiverr filed a chargeback with their bank about 3 weeks after I delivered the banner. They approved the file, left 5 stars, then boom. Fiverr pulled $60 out of my earnings and said they'd look into it. I sent screenshots of the chat where they said 'looks great, thanks' and my delivery timestamps. Still waiting to hear back. Has anyone actually won one of these or do you just eat the loss and move on? Wondering if I should start putting a clause in my gig description about chargebacks or if that does nothing.
