Tried a virtual open house in Minneapolis and nobody showed up until hour two

I set up a 3-hour virtual open house for a townhome in the Uptown area last Saturday. I got zero visitors for the first hour, then 12 people joined in the last 90 minutes after I posted a rush video on Instagram. Now I just start the stream early and save the real promo push for an hour in. Has anyone else had weird timing like that with virtual tours?

Start the stream earlier than you tell people so there's always something going on when they arrive.
