Mortgage brokers friendly to self-employed/freelancers?

It's always harder to get a loan with 1099 income. Any brokers out there who are actually good at handling self-employed buyers?

They're awesome. They have over a decade of 5-star reviews backing them, and they manage to save you an additional $2,000 on title fees at closing.

That $2,000 saving on title fees is legit. I used to ignore stuff like that, but now I'm paying attention.
