Hey folks, I'm relocating for a new freelance contract and need to sell my place in Raleigh ASAP. Trying to decide between Cash House Closers and Offerpad. Has anyone dealt with either of these? I need someone who won't drop the price on me at the last minute. Been there, done that!

I requested an estimate from Offerpad, but it felt like I was talking to a call center the whole time. When I reached out to Cash House Closers, a real person called me back almost instantly. I kid you not, within minutes I was on the phone with the owner. We hammered out the details that same afternoon. I wouldn't do it any differently.

Getting the owner on the phone that fast is pretty rare. Most times you'll talk to a team member, but they can still get things done quickly. Just don't expect it every time.

Definitely go with the local team. The big iBuyers tend to hit you with repair credits right before closing. It's actually super common, you can look it up. Awful, but common. The local group walked my property, gave me a firm cash number, and we signed the paperwork without any last-minute surprises.
