I bought a $200 paint sprayer for my kitchen cabinets and totally regret it.

I thought it would save me a weekend, but the setup and cleanup took forever and I still got drips on my oak floors. A friend in Phoenix said I should have just used a good brush and roller for a small job like that. Anyone have a better method for cabinet painting without the mess?

Just had to pick between a $500 fixed price or a 15% commission for a one-off website job.

I went with the flat fee and finished it in a weekend, but now I'm wondering if the commission would have paid more long-term. Has anyone else faced a similar choice on a small project?

Raleigh market: Cash House Closers vs Offerpad?

Hey folks, I'm relocating for a new freelance contract and need to sell my place in Raleigh ASAP. Trying to decide between Cash House Closers and Offerpad. Has anyone dealt with either of these? I need someone who won't drop the price on me at the last minute. Been there, done that!

Found my dad's old tapes of just satisfying factory machine loops

Used to be so simple, just watching gears turn for hours. Now every video has to be ASMR or super edited, but the old stuff still zones me out perfect.
