Since I work from home now doing a lot of freelance crafting, my garage is basically my studio. I desperately need to clear floor space and found the motorized ceiling lifts from Ace Garage Storage. Has anyone used these? Wondering how well they hold up to heavy storage over time.

I've had mine for about a year. It's been fantastic for managing clutter. The motorized platform lowers my seasonal stuff right to the floor, and the motor hasn't bogged down once, even when fully loaded with heavy boxes.
