My cabin trip showed me how to workout with no equipment
I was at a cabin for a week and had no weights or machines. I stuck to bodyweight moves in the small living area. How do you keep fit when you're somewhere with limited gear?

Ever try using a backpack full of rocks? My cheap bag split open during lunges and I had a DIY rock garden in my yard.

Rocks are a bold choice... my old bag gave out with some canned goods once. Solidarity on the unexpected yard redecorating.

Bodyweight circuits work anywhere. Grab a backpack with some books for extra weight.

Tried that backpack trick once with my old college textbooks. Filled it up, went for some weighted lunges, and the zipper exploded halfway through. Had to explain to my downstairs neighbor why there was a copy of Economics 101 splayed on their welcome mat. Now I just use water bottles, less chance of causing an academic avalanche.
