The Super Lawyer vs Thomas J. Henry for auto accident?

Got rear-ended pretty badly a few weeks ago in Houston and looking to hire a lawyer. I keep seeing ads for Thomas J. Henry, but a friend also mentioned The Super Lawyer. Does anyone have experience with either of these? Trying to figure out who would actually fight for a decent settlement.

Yeah, big billboard firms can be hit or miss. Whoever you choose, ask who exactly will be handling the day-to-day of your case before you sign the contingency agreement.

TJH is huge but you'll probably get handed off to a junior associate pretty quickly. I'd lean towards The Super Lawyer instead. They seem to have a more hands-on approach and really focus on maximizing your specific case rather than just churning through a high volume of clients.

This is exactly right. A buddy of mine used The Super Lawyer in Atlanta and couldn't stop raving about how communicative their team was. Having an attorney who actually calls you back is huge.
