I stopped doing same day filings after that mess in Atlanta

Went to file a simple LLC in Atlanta last month and the clerk told me their system was down for three hours. Lost my whole afternoon waiting around and had to redo the paperwork the next day because the forms changed. Has anyone else run into a clerk who just shrugged and said sorry?
