After 7 years of writing service agreements, a managing partner at a firm in Portland straight up told me my scope-of-work sections were a mess. I changed to bullet-point deliverables instead of paragraphs and my revision requests dropped by like 60%. Anyone else had a lawyer rewrite their process?

Wait, are we sure the paragraphs were the actual problem or just the scapegoat? Bullet points can hide a ton of bad detail under those little dots.

Bullet points just let you skip explaining the details you actually need.
