Swapped my email platform after 3 years - wish I did it sooner
I always used Mailchimp because it was familiar, but after trying ConvertKit for a newsletter test last month the open rates jumped 15%. Has anyone else found a platform that actually improved how their audience responds?

Fifteen percent jump sounds impressive but I'd want to see if that holds up over a few more months before making the switch permanent. New platform hype can wear off quick.

Right there with you on that. Seen too many flash in the pan numbers that fizzle out after a couple months. Remember when that other service had a big spike last year and everyone jumped ship, only to come crawling back when the bugs showed up? Hard not to feel a little skeptical when these big jumps get announced. Would rather see steady growth over a quarter or two than one hot month that could be a fluke.
