Wasted $200 on a scheduling app that double-booked me three times in two weeks

Lost a repeat client because of a glitchy app that kept showing my Friday mornings as free, anyone else have a tool that just made things worse instead of better?

Friday 9am showed open three times but apparently it was lying each time.

Honestly, I'm not sure why this is such a big deal. A store showing it's open when it's not, it happens all the time. I've seen it on Google Maps, on their own websites, you name it. It's annoying, sure, but it's not like you were locked in or something. Maybe the staff just forgot to update it, or their system is glitchy. I wouldn't lose sleep over it.
