An old coworker told me my slides were too wordy, took me 2 years to fix it
Back in 2019 at a job in Cleveland, she said my presentations looked like ransom notes made of paragraphs, so now I force myself to cap every slide at 6 bullet points and it's wild how much more people actually ask questions after I made that switch, has anyone else had to learn that less text really does hit harder?

Tbh the real fix is cutting slides to one idea, not just counting bullets.
