I finally figured out why my task board kept falling apart

So I had this big project last week with like 30 tasks spread across a team of 5 people. My board in Asana started glitching out, tasks would disappear and statuses would reset on their own. Turns out I had way too many custom fields and dependencies crammed into one project. I cut the fields down to just 3 and split the project into two smaller ones, and it ran smooth the rest of the week. Anybody else hit a wall with tool limits like that?

Did you have to re-teach the team the new workflow after splitting the projects?

Noticed the same with @zarat37 - retraining feels like a never ending loop, honestly.
