Vent: Sunrise runs used to be a no-go, but one early morning by the lake made me a believer. | Running Motivation - Freelance Forum - The Community for Independent Professionals

Please, that runner's high won't last til noon.

That morning view really can flip a switch in your brain. I've had those moments where a single good experience makes the whole awful routine feel worth it. Hope the feeling sticks around for you!

The 'flip a switch' thing you said is so real. I've had mornings where one good view just fixes my whole day. It's like the bad stuff doesn't matter for a bit. Makes the awful routine worth it, like you said. But yeah, it doesn't always last. Still, those moments are what keep me going.
