That moment a client said 'just a small tweak' for the 7th time
I was on a call last Thursday with a graphic design client from Austin who kept asking for 'one more color change' after we already locked the final file. Each time she said it was minor, but by the end I had redone the same poster 3 times without any extra pay. Has anyone else had a client keep calling things 'small' even when they clearly add hours of work?

Small tweaks always add up. The client has no clue what goes into each change.

Three font size changes later and they think it's a "quick fix.

The sixth revision of a button color took me from "sure, no problem" to "are you serious right now." At some point they've gotta realize each "tiny" change means another hour of checking everything else still works.
