A real worry I have about squat form in gyms now

I've been going to the same gym for years, and lately, I see more people doing squats with bad form. They put on too much weight too fast and don't keep their backs straight. Just yesterday, I watched someone round their shoulders and lean forward way too much. It took me back to when I hurt my knee from not setting my feet right. I was out for weeks and learned the hard way. Now, I make sure to go slow and keep my chest up. It seems like everyone wants to lift heavy right away, but good form keeps you safe. Let's all remember to check our stance and breathe right before adding plates.
