My neighbor laughed at my desk setup and she was right
I had this old folding table as my desk for like 3 years and thought it was fine. Then my neighbor saw it through the window one day and asked if I was running a garage sale in there. She pointed out my monitor was way too low and my arms were at a bad angle. After that I grabbed a $60 adjustable sit-stand desk from OfferUp and a cheap monitor arm and my neck pain is basically gone. Has anyone else had a random comment change how they work at home?

Did you try tightening the bolts under the seat? I had a chair that wobbled like crazy for weeks until I realized the whole base was just a little loose. A solid tighten with a socket wrench fixed it, and it's been steady ever since. A drop of Loctite on those threads might help too, keeps things from backing out over time.
