inI finally cooked pulled pork in my air fryer, and the time investment shocked me.
Totally agree with @the_john on the beef chuck roast. I did a three-pound one last month that needed a solid three and a half hours on a lower temp, but it shredded like a dream. Letting it rest in its juices for a bit afterward made all the difference. What other big cuts have you tried that just can't be rushed?
