inTbh, I had a lightbulb moment about patience after sitting through a two-day rain delay on a grading job.
Come on, a two day rain delay is just a pain, not some big life lesson. Sounds like you were just bored out of your mind staring at the mud. Patience is for way harder stuff than waiting for the weather to clear. Not sure finding wisdom in a soggy inconvenience is all that deep, honestly.

inUpdate: Felt a pop in my back lifting a sheet alone last week
Wait, are you telling me that reaching for a remote can actually mess up your back? @shane170, that story is just unbelievable. It's scary how a simple thing like that can cause so much trouble. I guess I'll be doing squat exercises every time I pick up a pencil now. My back is already crying just thinking about it.

inThe day I swore off AI filters for good
Used to swear by those AI filters for my sketches, thought they made me look pro overnight. But then I started noticing my own lines getting lazy, like I was letting the tech do the heavy lifting. Your point about feeling like a fraud rings so true, it's like you're cheating yourself out of real growth. Now I'm trying to put in the hours with just a pencil and paper, and it's tough but way more satisfying. Honestly, your post might have just convinced me to ditch them for good too.

inRealized my follow-ups were too pushy after a client said so
In my last project team, we had a rule about follow-up emails... always add 'no rush' at the end. It changed how people responded, just like your client.
