Hit $10k in a single month freelancing and it felt surreal
I just wrapped up July and somehow landed $10,350 in freelance writing projects. It's the most I've ever made in one month after three years of grinding in Albuquerque. Most of it came from one retainer client in Santa Fe who needed a bunch of blog posts and a case study. Has anyone else here hit a weird milestone like that where the money just feels unreal?

Wait, isn't it true though that $100k is actually pretty achievable for a lot of experienced freelancers in fields like web dev or specialized writing, @rowanw91? I've seen plenty of folks in my network hit it after a few years, but they usually have a solid niche and good client retention. The key is really charging your worth and not just taking whatever gig comes your way, you know?
